Life after 50 is still too often framed as a period of winding down or stepping aside. That story no longer reflects reality. Today, adults over 50 are rethinking how they care for their health, how they engage with work and purpose, and how they make room for curiosity, play, and genuine enjoyment. They are asking better questions and making more intentional choices about what matters most.

RestlessUrban was born from exactly that kind of moment.

Our founder Andrew Bowins spent decades as a senior executive in the tech sector helping global organizations navigate change and find new direction. In 2025, a routine checkup revealed a 99% arterial blockage. His cardiologist told him he had come close a fatal cardiac event. That experience didn’t slow him down. It clarified everything.
