Use of AI in content creation

RestlessUrban uses artificial intelligence tools to support our editorial team in researching, editing, drafting, and producing some content. However, every piece of content is reviewed and approved by our editors. We do not publish content that is generated entirely by artificial intelligence without meaningful human involvement.

Artificial intelligence helps us enhance creativity, accuracy, and efficiency. It does not replace the judgment, values, or unique voice of our editorial team and contributors.

Contributor and sponsor content

We proudly feature content from freelance writers, experts, and sponsors.

All contributor and sponsor content must meet our editorial standards for accuracy, fairness, and relevance. Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled so that our readers can easily tell it apart from our editorial work. Contributors and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions respect the rights of others, do not contain false, misleading or harmful statements or images, and comply with all applicable laws. RestlessUrban has the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that does not meet our standards or that could create legal or reputational risk for our company.

Our ethical commitment

We do not knowingly publish misleading, false, or copied content, whether it is created by humans or supported by artificial intelligence. We will tell readers when our content has been significantly assisted or generated by artificial intelligence, especially if it could affect how the information is understood, and we expect our contributors and sponsors to do the same. We will take reasonable steps to review and verify content produced with artificial intelligence tools in contributions from others and to flag that content for readers.

How we review

RestlessUrban’s reviews are based on hands-on testing by our contributors. Reviews should explain how a product was used, relevant testing conditions and any limitations. A contributor’s experience does not guarantee that everyone will get the same results.

Sources and evidence

We distinguish personal experience and opinion from factual reporting. Material factual claims should identify reliable sources, with primary sources used where available. Manufacturer claims should be attributed and should not be presented as independently verified unless we have verified them.

Commercial transparency

When a review includes affiliate links, a product provided without charge, sponsorship or another material commercial relationship, that relationship should be clearly disclosed near the recommendation. Sponsored content is labeled. Commercial relationships do not replace the need for fair, accurate assessments.

Corrections and updates

Readers can report possible errors through our Contact page. Please include the article’s address and the information you believe needs correction. Our editorial team reviews concerns against available evidence. Material corrections should be explained on the article, and substantial updates should carry an updated date.

Health and wellness coverage

Personal experiences should be identified as such. General health claims should be supported by appropriate sources. A contributor’s experience should not imply clinical review or establish a product’s effectiveness for everyone.
